Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is defective
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Product images/videos may be requested
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Clearance or discounted items
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
